In hall 6, stand B40 (22), visitors at this year's Hannover Messe await a special kind of experience: for the first time, experts in surface application showcase live galvanizing including a complete process flow.
ZINQ® Technologie GmbH as your technology provider and licensor in the hot dip galvanizing industry will be presenting practical hot dip galvanizing in its performance as a high end of surface technology.
The mobile galvanizing line is the highlight of the ZINQ® Technologie booth. In reality the plants of the ZINQ group have boiler dimensions of up to 19 meters in length, the pool heated to more than 400 degrees will be waiting here with a size of 0.24 meters x 0.15 meters x 0.24 meters (length / width / depth). The small-scale melting materials are identical to those used in reality. And: as the original, the measuring system also has a mini-crane, with which prefabricated sample plates are placed into the dipping bath.
Immerse yourself in the WORLD OF SURFACES – in addition visitors are invited to the joint booth of Zentralverband Oberflächentechnik (ZVO) in hall 6. For many years, ZINQ has been involved in the ZVO, which concentrates the activities of surface industry in public relations and their communication and also assumes important tasks in technology, environment and chemical policy. Consequently, ZINQ® Technologie GmbH and other exhibitors are participants in the joint stand.
